He tried to save the fallen girls, but they came after him instead.

Rie: Shirakawa, I heard the head of the family went to the film studio. Are you with her?

Shirakawa: I have been keeping an eye on her as you requested.

Rie: Has she been behaving strangely?

Shirakawa: No, she just called a stretch Lincoln to take my classmate and me to the dance studio to rehearse the script, and gave us some costumes and props for the performance. She didn't do anything else.

Rie: Hmm? Your classmates? Who are they?

Rie was worried that some of her classmates might be plotting against the Hoshimiya family behind their backs.

The long scar under her armpit served as a constant reminder to be careful.

Shirakawa: They are my classmates, Mito Maki, Sakura, Nikaido Misaki, and Jackie.

Rie: Judging from the names, they're all female classmates?

Shirakawa: That's right, that's right, I'm the only guy here.

Rie: Continue monitoring. Report back to me if anything else happens.

Shirakawa: Yes.

On the other side, Rie Hoshimiya smiled and put down her phone.

I feel much better now.

My daughter is finally starting to look like a high school student enjoying her youth.

Shirakawa also silenced his phone and began rehearsing for the stage play.

---

Empress Xinggong Xi stood on the high platform with her hands on her waist, proud and holy, but her face was full of sorrow, and her eyebrows were almost furrowed.

Knight Nikaido stood to one side, waiting for orders.

On the other side, the attendant Hoshimiya Rin bowed slightly, placing her hands on her chest in greeting. "Your Majesty, the hero Shirakawa awaits your summons at the door."

"Let him in!"

"Yes." Hoshimiya Rin left, and soon returned with Shirakawa.

The hero Shirakawa knelt on one knee below the stage, placing his hand on his chest in a respectful bow: "Your Majesty, the hero Shirakawa Akira has come to pay his respects."

"Get up."

"Thank you, Your Majesty!" Shirakawa stood up.

"Warrior, the kingdom's princess was abducted by a dragon a few days ago and her whereabouts are unknown. None of the kingdom's knights and warriors are capable of going to the dragon's lair to rescue her. The king has sent me to entrust you with the task of defeating the dragon and rescuing the princess. If you succeed, the king will reward you handsomely!"

"Hero Shirakawa, I will not fail in my mission and will do everything in my power to rescue the princess." Hero Shirakawa bowed again.

"Your Majesty!" At this moment, the Second Knight also hurriedly stepped down from the stage, knelt on one knee facing Hoshimiya Shio, "I wish to accompany the hero Shirakawa on his journey!"

"Knight Nikaido? Why are you going too?"

"As a knight, I must protect the safety of the kingdom's inhabitants. Now that the princess has been kidnapped by the evil dragon, I also want to do my part," Nikaido said sincerely.

This is only one reason. In fact, the knight Nikaido has always admired the hero Shirakawa, and she also wants to fight alongside the hero.

"Brave warrior Shirakawa, what do you think?" the Empress asked Shirakawa for his opinion.

“Many hands make light work. With the Knight Commander accompanying us, the rescue mission will definitely be much more efficient!” Shirakawa replied with a slight smile.

Shirakawa had only carefully read the script for the first act; he was unaware of what that faint smile represented in that scene.

"Alright, then Knight Nikaido and Hero Shirakawa, may you have a safe journey!"

"Yes!"

The first act ended simply, and the group took a short break.

Especially Nikaido, who felt a bit stuffy wearing the airtight prop armor, so she turned on the ceiling fan and sat down to cool off.

Although Hoshimiya Shio and Hoshimiya Rin didn't have many scenes, Hoshimiya Shio still felt very happy and satisfied.

This role suited her well, and she thought she played it quite well.

Sakura immediately went over and massaged Hoshimiya Shio's shoulders.

"As expected of the president, her portrayal of the empress is absolutely superb!" Sakura praised without reservation.

Xing Gongxi was very happy with the praise.

"It's my turn for the second act, watch my performance!" Jackie straightened her clothes, eager to try.

Maki appeared in the final scene alongside the evil dragon Sakura. Now, she can only sit quietly to the side, wearing a princess dress, practicing her lines and script.

Shirakawa had only skimmed through the script before, but now he's carefully reading through the script for the second act.

I don’t know, I’m scared.

The script for the second act seemed to be different from what he had expected and imagined...

---

Nikaido and Shirakawa set off from the capital and stopped in a small town on the outskirts of the kingdom to rest and replenish their rations and supplies before heading off to find the dragon's lair.

That evening, they entered a noisy tavern where adventurers dressed in linen clothes were gathered, drinking and chatting, creating a lively atmosphere. (This scene uses extras.)

Upon seeing the hero Shirakawa and the knight Nikaido, the noisy tavern fell silent instantly.

Whispering amongst themselves, the adventurers had never seen people dressed so elegantly before, and they wondered what these people were doing in this poor little town.

A blindfolded female thief was tossing and catching gold coins by the wall and asked a question.

"Excuse me, are you a guest from the capital?"

"Who are you?" Knight Nikaido asked.

“My name is Jackie, and I’m the know-it-all of this town. If you’re looking for anyone or anywhere, just ask me.” Jackie gripped the exquisite gold coin tightly, her small eyes scrutinizing them. “Of course, the price isn’t cheap!”

"How much?" Nikaido continued to ask.

"That depends on how important that intelligence is." Jackie rubbed her hands together. For such a big shot from the big city to accept a commission to come to such a poor place, the reward must be quite high. She could take this opportunity to make a hefty profit.

The brave Shirakawa took out a bag of coins from his pocket and was about to throw it to Jackie.

“Hero, be careful,” Knight Nikaido stepped forward to stop him, shielding Shirakawa behind him with his arm. “People who strike up conversations in taverns like this are usually not good people!”

"Hmph, believe it or not, I'm the most well-informed person around here. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Shirakawa gently pressed down on Nikaido's hand: "Don't worry, we'll give her the money, and if we can't get any information out of her, we'll take the money back."

"What if she doesn't give it to me?" Nikaido was still worried.

"If she doesn't give it to me..." Shirakawa didn't finish his sentence, and instead slightly pulled up the silver sword at his waist.

Jackie was shocked when she saw the patterns carved on the sword: "It's...it's the hero's sword!"

“That’s right.” Shirakawa tossed the bag of coins to Jackie. “Where is the dragon’s lair?”

“Leave the town and head east, through the Misty Forest and the River of Suffering, climb the highest peak, and the cave there is the dragon’s lair!” After saying this, Jackie accepted the bag of coins and wanted to leave quickly, but the hero Shirakawa grabbed her wrist.

"What, what are you going to do?" Jackie asked, looking flustered.

"Who knows if you're telling the truth?" The hero Shirakawa revealed a slightly sinister smile. "What if you've lied to us, and we go through all that trouble to get to the place you mentioned, only to find the evil dragon?"

“I would never lie to you! You can ask other people. Although I charge a high price, the information is guaranteed to be true!” Jackie tried to break free, but Shirakawa’s hand was too tight.

"Or, you can come with us, and we'll let you go after we successfully defeat the evil dragon."

"No way! I'm not going to do something that's so dangerous!" Jackie shouted.

"That's not up to you!" Shirakawa grabbed Jackie's wrist and pulled her toward him.

"Hero, isn't this going a bit too far?" The righteous Nikaido objected; the hero's current actions didn't quite match the image of a brave and kind man she held in her mind.

"Didn't you just say she might be lying to us? This is the safest way." The hero Shirakawa hugged Jackie and forcibly snatched the gold coins and money from her hands.

"No, hero! This is all my possessions!" Jackie cried, tears welling up in her eyes.

"I'll keep these for now. Behave yourself and wait for me here tomorrow morning, or you can forget about getting this money!" After saying this, the hero Shirakawa turned and left.

Jackie sat on the ground in despair.

Knight Nikaido looked at the pitiful Jackie sitting on the ground with a look of pity, shook his head, sighed, and finally turned and left with the hero.

After this short segment was finished, Nikaido continued to rest, while Jackie immediately got up, composed herself, and asked everyone how the performance went.

Shirakawa was a little confused. Something was off about this hero!

I continued reading the sequel to Act Two, and the more I read, the more surprised I became.

It turns out that Shirakawa is playing a lewd and evil blond hero, who is not only evil but also very vulgar.

Moreover, Maki's big surprise is yet to come.

"Hey, Maki, is it really okay for the story to go this way?"

"Shirakawa, didn't you say before that the script shouldn't be copied verbatim, but should be interesting? Add some conflict, some minor romantic scenes, some impactful emotions, right?"

Forehead.....

It was really interesting and impactful; Shirakawa felt like he was about to be overwhelmed by it.
