Chapter 130 Interacting with the Witch of Pleasure
It took Raphael more than an hour to stitch up all of Sofia's wounds.
He sat down on the chair by the bed and let out a long sigh. He was really tired tonight, having run around for so long and stood in front of the "operating table" for so long.
Raphael glanced at Sophia's body; it was perfect, full where it should be and slender where it should be without any excess fat.
Despite having many gruesome wounds, it did not diminish her beauty.
The weakened Sophia managed to strike an alluring pose, knowing full well that in this unfamiliar environment, before these strange extraordinary beings, this was her last weapon.
Raphael smiled, but took no further action.
Sofia smiled gently and said, "I know, you might like this."
As she spoke, she lay down and opened her legs.
"Alright." Raphael lifted his head slightly. "We'll talk about it again when your injuries have healed a bit."
He truly felt that, as a "living corpse," he had almost gotten a nosebleed just now.
Sofia paused for a moment before closing her legs and smiling, "Thank you."
If Raphael were to pounce on her now, it would indeed be torture for her.
The bed in the bedroom was large. Raphael poured Sophia a glass of water and then lay down on the other side of the bed to rest.
He was indeed a bit tired today, and soon he began to snore softly.
Sophia struggled to get up and drank some water, then stared blankly at the handsome young man beside her. She didn't know where she was or what his purpose was in saving her.
She thought about it anxiously for a long time, and in the end, she didn't know whether she fainted or fell asleep.
When she woke up the next day, she smelled the aroma of food.
Raphael bought breakfast, as well as sweets such as cream cakes, and some greasy foods such as roasted lamb legs and roasted pork skin.
Sofia doesn't usually like these foods, but they smelled especially sweet today.
She knew very well that this was because she was seriously injured, had lost too much blood, and urgently needed to replenish her nutrition.
Raphael tossed Sophia a few pieces of clothing: "I only have men's clothes here. Go out and buy some yourself after you've recovered a bit more."
Sofia slowly nodded, changed into men's clothes, which gave her a more androgynous beauty. Her long hair was draped over the shirt behind her, and she wasn't wearing a bra, giving her an alluring sense of languor.
Raphael made no attempt to hide his gaze, remarking, "Witches really do look good in anything."
Sofia just smiled and sat down at the table, eating heartily. It wasn't until her stomach was quite round that she felt she had regained some strength.
A Sequence 6 Extraordinary being can recover quickly as long as they are not dead.
After finishing the sumptuous breakfast, the two drank tea, and Raphael said to Sophia, "I estimate you'll be able to walk on your own by the afternoon. You can leave on your own then, I won't see you off."
Sofia was taken aback: "You're letting me?"
She was even more confused as to why this handsome young man had saved her.
"You're not leaving? You want to stay here?" Raphael laughed. "If you want to express your gratitude, you can come and keep me company for one night after you've recovered."
Sofia smiled beautifully: "You're so handsome and kind, I'd like to spend a few more nights with you."
Raphael took a deep breath: "Don't use your charm indiscriminately."
"I didn't use it."
Raphael's lips twitched: "Fine then, it's my own fault for being so useless."
Sofia was laughing hysterically. Her beautiful smile earlier had seemed like a "professional smile," but now it was a genuine laugh.
Raphael admired the smile, which seemed to appear only in a fine oil painting, and said, "One night will suffice."
He shrugged: "As you can see, I'm just an ordinary Sequence 6. I can't give you anything, and I can't give you a great future."
Sofia's expression immediately turned serious: "I haven't met someone as kind and sincere as you in a long time!"
She paused for a moment and then said, "Tonight isn't enough. Tomorrow night, or the night after, I'll let you experience real pleasure."
"Before that, I'll rest here for a bit."
She didn't intend to leave until she figured out the young man's purpose.
Raphael did not insist: "Yes."
The two started chatting, but neither mentioned their experiences from the previous night.
Raphael didn't explain why he saved Sophia, and Sophia didn't ask Raphael why he was at her villa.
After chatting for a while, Sophia found some of Raphael's views very interesting. He scoffed at the moral concepts that most people currently adhere to, believing that these were merely tools for better ruling over ordinary people, and that extraordinary individuals should not take them too seriously.
Sofia had initially intended to chat with Raphael, but she eventually joined in the conversation.
Raphael was, of course, in charge of the conversation. He was well aware that many of the witch's actions were rejected by current moral values, and these remarks did represent Raphael's own views. But at the same time, he was also well aware that this was something a witch would like to hear.
Sofia had just suffered a serious injury and had limited energy. After chatting for more than an hour, she went back to lie down.
Around noon, she got up to go to the bathroom and saw Raphael lying on the sofa, staring blankly out the window. She realized he must have been there lost in thought since they finished talking.
So Sofia asked with some curiosity, "Do you usually like to daydream this much?"
Raphael hummed in agreement, his eyes still fixed on the view outside the window: "When I have nothing to do, I like to be quiet."
"So what are you thinking about?"
"I don't want to think about anything, I just want to be quiet." Raphael was discussing the details of the plan with his "assassin personality".
Sofia said "Oh" and went back to rest.
After lunch, Raphael said he had to go out for a while and then left.
He took a horse-drawn carriage and arrived at the factory district, near the factory he had rented.
After getting off the carriage, he kept a close eye on what was behind him, as if searching for a possible follower who might not even exist.
Raphael knew very well that Sophia must have come along.
The "Pleasure Witch" has the ability to "invisibly" make it very difficult for him to find her.
His caution was all an act.
After entering the factory, Raphael did not practice his skills as usual, but focused on repairing the zombies and practicing some of their formations. He didn't care if others saw or learned these things.
But the steps used by the "living corpses" must never be learned by others—at least not so easily.
Raphael didn't leave until evening, and bought dinner on his way back.
Sofia remained lying obediently in bed, as if she had never left.
Upon seeing Raphael enter, she stood up and greeted him warmly, "You're back."
